How much does a course cost?
Because every solution we create is custom-made for your unique needs, we don't have a fixed price list. Think of our content creation as a consultant fee, ranging from USD$200 to 300 an hour depending on the project′s complexity. For our facilitators, rates are between USD300 to $1,000+ an hour, based on their expertise. The best way to get a clear estimate is to have a quick chat with us about your needs. We'll be happy to walk you through and share a proposal based on your needs.
How long does it take to create a program?
It really depends on the scope of work. If you need a facilitator for a program or a content you already have, we can find and train the right expert for you in about 1-2 weeks. For a custom course, it could take 2-3 weeks, if we can adapt existing content and that’s probably how long you need to enroll folks to the program. However, for a brand-new global program with multiple languages, we'll need a couple of months to truly understand your stakeholders, design & translate the content, and get our worldwide team ready to deliver with consistent quality.

Do you manage program enrollment and logistics?
We're a one-stop-shop for all things training and development, but our focus is on the content and the facilitators. So,
no, we don’t manage enrollments, sign-ups, or communications for your participants.
We believe that you are the best project manager for your organization because you know your people and business best. Think of us as a theater production team: we author the show, train the actors to perform flawlessly, and get them ready for opening night, while you handle the ticket sales and audience.

we are happy to partner with you on best practices
. For example, we can suggest text to build excitement for the training or advise on communication strategies to maximize attendance. This allows us to focus on creating powerful, customized programs, ensuring the training is directly integrated into your company's culture for your desired impact and results.
How do you Ensure Delivery Quality?
We love this question, because delivery quality is our top priority. Both our founders, Pim and Milan, have a strong background in this. Pim has personally led a facilitation team, while Milan has extensive experience training facilitators and trainers for organizations, both virtually and in-person. We hand-pick every facilitator in our global network, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards. Before they ever lead a session for you, we work with them directly, running through mock facilitations to ensure they meet our high bar. Once we understand your needs and culture, we propose the facilitator we believe is the best fit. We run through all the content with them, practice the facilitation, and give feedback to ensure what we commit is what you expect.
How do you measure impact and performance?
We love this question, because impact is our priority. We can measure everything from basic L&D results like confidence lifts and satisfaction/ recommendation scores to more advanced metrics. For example, we can do A-B testing with trained and non-trained groups, or even measure a direct link to sales performance. We'll have a discussion with you up front to decide how deep you want to go, and then build a measurement plan that works for you.
How do you follow up with programs you deliver?
Our job doesn't end when the training does. We offer a variety of follow-up options to ensure the learning sticks. This can include one-on-one coaching for your team, group sessions, or scheduled check-ins at the 1, 3, and 6-month marks. We want to make sure your team is applying their new skills with the favorable mindset and that the training is driving lasting results.
