What if your biggest dream is actually holding you back?

Seven years ago, I walked away from a corporate VP track. I wanted a simple life. I planned to coach 20 people, make a living, and touch 20 lives at a time. I was focused on my fulfillment.

But true growth has ripple effects.

So the moment I stopped asking, "How do I do fulfilling work?" and started asking, "How do I create fulfilling work for others?", the roots grew deeper. That is when the breakthrough happened.

Looking at this photo I said to myself “Today, it is not just a dream come true; it is something I could not even imagine…."

It is a snapshot of our global family on a digital screen: partners from North America, to Europe, to APAC, sitting together, sharing best practices, and learning how to lift our learners higher. (And ignore my growing belly as I sit in this position much more now)

In just the first half of 2026, our team has blessed and impacted over 2,000 people, and we are still counting.

When you tend to the soil for others, the harvest multiplies beyond your own strength.
