Invested, Inspired, and Ready to Deliver
My story begins with a deep gratitude for incredible opportunities. I was fortunate enough to receive a scholarship that took me on an academic adventure through three different countries during my Master's. I spent a year immersed in Mexico and Chile, mastering Spanish, then added French to my belt in France. Suddenly, I was fluent in four languages! This journey wasn't just about academics; it led to winning business cases in the EU parliament and to winning the award for Master Thesis of the year, then publishing my thesis in the U.S. Every single one of those investments made me feel incredibly fortunate, and it instilled in me a powerful desire to give back.

From Revenue Targets to People Power
My career took me outside my comfort zone to Asia, starting with BASF in Singapore, then assignments in the Philippines and Thailand. The company saw something in me, promoting me rapidly until I was Head of Sales for Asia Pacific in my late twenties, overseeing 18 countries and hundreds of millions in revenue. I was in the "high potential" leadership pool, constantly poured into top-tier training, like coaching skills from the Co-Active Training Institute. That's where I truly learned to lead my team better by empowering them. When I invested in my sales team, coaching them to unlock their potential, our revenue targets consistently exceeded expectations. I saw it firsthand: when people grow, revenue grows.

My Pivot: Chasing Purpose, Not Just Profits
Despite the promising path to VP, hitting those massive revenue targets didn't light me up as much as seeing the "aha!" moments and smiles in a workshop. It felt like I was living on purpose when I was helping people unlock their potential, both inside and outside the company. I started taking vacation days just to run trainings for different organizations. My boss noticed, and his question was a turning point: "Which path do you want to go down? Continue commercially, or work with people?" Every fiber in me screamed to explore human development. In March 2020, I took a massive leap of faith and quit my secure corporate path.

Thriving Through Challenge: The Virtual Revolution
Then, life happened. March 2020. The global pandemic hit, and all my in-person engagements vanished. My old boss even called, offering my job back! But I said, "No, thank you!" I was committed to growing people, believing that if people grow, money will follow. I had no choice but to master virtual delivery. Google gave me an incredible opportunity to run their virtual facilitation academy, training their internal trainers. Soon, I was known as the person who could run incredibly engaging virtual sessions. The peak? Our own wedding, where we had 30+ countries join on Zoom, including my parents! We ran a hybrid program that engaged both in-person and virtual guests, and it was even featured in German and Thai news!

Grows Us: A Network of Shared Impact
That virtual success brought more opportunities than I could handle alone. I thought, "Why not create opportunities for other excellent facilitators out there?" That's when the idea for our global network was born. For me, Grows Us means we grow together. It's not just about me, or even just our core team; it's about our entire network of facilitators and the businesses we partner with. When we invest in growing each other, the impact multiplies.
