Have you ever faced a client with a massive training need – say, 300+ people – with a super short period of time - like 45-min training - and they want something impactful, experiential, and delivered in a tight timeframe? 

That's exactly the kind of challenge our partner, Voices for Hire, brought to us. Their client, Meta, needed to upskill their partner agencies' account executives and directors. The core problem? These agencies often struggled to influence clients toward appropriate media solutions, frequently facing budget cuts despite requests for bigger returns. Meta knew their agencies needed to sharpen their communication to truly influence advertising investment

Our Approach:

#1 I Discover: Understanding the Unique Challenge

Voices for Hire came to us with a clear vision: they needed a content module that could be delivered in a dynamic, almost TED Talk-style, yet still be deeply experiential with plenty of practice and feedback – all within a concise 45-minute session for over 300 participants. We dove deep with Voices for Hire to understand Meta's specific goals and the nuances of influencing for advertising investment. This wasn't just about delivering information; it was about transforming how agencies communicate value to influence.

#2 I Design: Building Science-Backed, Experiential Content

With a clear understanding of the need, we got to work. We researched various science-backed methodologies on effective influence and communication, pinpointing the key aspects that truly drive persuasion. Our design focused on creating content that was a balance blend of:

  • Actionable Knowledge: Clear frameworks and insights, kinda TED talk style for our partner
  • Skill Practice: Opportunities to immediately apply what was learned. This is our niche - we turn any content into experiential learnings.
  • Real-time Feedback: Ensuring learners could refine their approach on the spot.
  • Application Focus: Designed for immediate use in their roles.

#3 I Deliver: Equipping for Large-Scale Engagement

For a session with 300+ participants, engagement isn't just a nice-to-have; it's essential. We meticulously designed the overall content to be:

  • Experiential & Guided: Facilitated slides and a detailed facilitator guide, grounded in researcher and author credentials.
  • Time-Managed: A guided and adjustable time allocation sheet to help facilitators manage and adjust the flow on the ground.
  • Physically Interactive: Physical tools for engaging a large group, ensuring active participation. Something that allows the "hand-on" experience.
  • Facilitator Train-the-Trainer: We equipped Voices for Hire's facilitator with everything they needed to deliver the program flawlessly.
