I had the pleasure of working with David as part of BASF’s largest ever corporate training and cultural repositioning initiative. Change to a more customer centric behaviour, based on sales, negotiation and leadership skills was the target. For this we needed highly charged, motivating, convincing individuals who would embody the new spirit and be able to lead teams to their new horizons. David quickly became our most successful coach and trainer, as his focused, but entertaining and energetic style carried exactly what we wanted in the classroom: edutainment! He helped teams to embark on their journey based on his infectious positive style with direct and indirect instructions. During my 4 years working with David, I am not aware of a single individual who did not give him the highest marks or endorsement!

David ran four customer experience projects for our teams, using the Kano model. The focus was to build a key account strategy around customer enhancing satisfaction and preempting possible dissatisfaction at various points along the customer journey. Apart from his knowledge of the process and desired outcomes, David brought great energy to the projects and engaged people from across multiple functions in the teams. His ability to look beyond the model to the implementation of the key account strategy was key to the success. Thank you David.
