Journey
Ketty has built her career at the intersection of people and organizations — working across international development, social enterprise, impact investing, and fintech across Southeast Asia, Africa, and beyond. From co-founding and scaling a startup from the ground up, to managing governance reform inside a financial services firm, to leading monitoring and evaluation for a USAID program in rural Indonesia, she has navigated the full complexity of building organizations in dynamic, high-stakes environments. That cross-sectoral, cross-cultural experience is the foundation of everything she brings to her practice today. Ketty works with leaders, teams, and emerging change-makers who are ready to lead more fully — not just more effectively. Her work creates space for people to reconnect with their core being: their values, purpose, strengths, and deepest motivations. From that grounded place, she helps individuals and organizations expand what they do and how they show up — designing learning experiences that are practical, reflective, and built to create real, lasting change. She is equally at home leading a high-energy workshop, designing a leadership curriculum, or sitting with a founder in the quiet difficulty of a pivotal decision. Fluent in English, Indonesian, and Mandarin, Ketty brings a multicultural lens that resonates across diverse teams and contexts. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), with an MBA and Master in Public Policy from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School. She was also selected as an Obama Foundation Leader for the Asia-Pacific region.
