Yuka connects human vitality directly to business and personal growth. Over her career, she spent a decade as a sales manager and corporate specialist at Recruit Jobs, where she drove media sales and supported the recruitment and talent development of over 200 companies annually. This deep commercial background shaped her understanding of what it takes for individuals to perform effectively and work with genuine alignment, prompting her transition into executive coaching and leadership development. Today, Yuka is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 2,500 coaching hours under her belt. Since 2020, she has also worked as a faculty member and training leader for the Co-Active Training Institute Japan, alongside lecturing at multiple universities. Her approach balances sharp strategic alignment with a practical focus on "Being" and "Doing"—helping corporate executives, founders, and next-generation leaders cut through external noise, own their choices, and take full accountability for their results.
