Selene brings over a decade of international experience across Europe and Southeast Asia. Her career began in the Netherlands, designing and facilitating intercultural workplace workshops. She later moved to Singapore and Jakarta, building talent and recruitment strategy in sales-driven environments before taking on senior in-house talent partner roles at Google, Wise, and Dentsu. Selene is trained under the Co-Active Training Institute. Today, she channels her deep experience in cross-cultural leadership, recruitment, and executive development to help leaders navigate ambiguity with presence and clarity.
