Before stepping into independent facilitation, she spent nearly a decade at a-connect leading financial services practice accounts and global marketing initiatives, alongside work with the University of St. Gallen. Today, as a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths® coach, LHH external consultant, and guest lecturer at STARTUP CAMPUS Switzerland, Nele works with global enterprises—including Google, Mars, Mercedes-Benz, and Allianz—to build human-centered workplace cultures.
