Enrique Molina understands firsthand what it takes to navigate the high-stakes world of multinational corporations because he lived it for over two decades. Following a successful career leading multi-hundred-million-dollar portfolios at global FMCG leaders like Danone, PepsiCo, and Mead Johnson Nutrition, Enrique transitioned his focus to what he views as the true engine of any business: its people, their mindsets, and their daily behaviors.
Enrique’s approach to facilitation centers on experiential learning. Rather than offering abstract theory, he designs hands-on, high-engagement learning environments where participants actively practice critical skills, challenge ingrained ways of thinking, and test solutions in real time. He believes that long-term business performance is only achievable when employees grow both personally and professionally—building resilience, adaptability, and clear strategic focus.
As an Executive Coach, Systems Coach, and former Board Member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) Mexico, Enrique has supported over 500 executives across global organizations. By combining corporate empathy with structured coaching methodologies, he specializes in leadership development, team cohesion, conflict resolution, and growth mindsets. Whether facilitating complex transformation programs or coaching senior leadership teams, Enrique empowers professionals to evolve their mindsets, step into their potential, and directly drive business outcomes.
Outside of his corporate work, Enrique is an abstract painter and avid cinema enthusiast who brings creativity, perspective, and a structured strategic lens to every workshop he leads.
