I was a participant in one of Shoba’s multi-day workshops. I had been certified by organisations and conducted developmental programmes as the in-house facilitator for many years, nevertheless, I learned so much more during those sessions. She constantly inspired us to enhance our facilitation knowledge and skills. Shoba exceeded my expectations. Many of us completed the programme with a renewed passion!

The goal-setting workshop led by Shoba was excellent from start to finish. It was interactive, easy to follow, and grounded in practical tools. Clear visuals and handouts supported the learning and provided takeaways for later use. What really stood out was the built-in follow-up support — it added real value by helping participants stay focused and actually implement what they had planned.

I have had the privilege of having Shoba mentor me for a new project that I was working on at work. Her skillful coaching to ask clarifying questions using different angles helped me gain clarity when I was confused, stuck and unable to articulate the objectives of the project clearly.
